Hey there! We’re Amy + Zach — coffee-loving, camera-toting husband-and-wife team behind State of Grace Studios. Based in Savannah, Georgia, our absolute favorite thing is helping couples relive their wedding day through photos that feel totally them.

Weddings can be a whirlwind. Between timelines, nerves, and a hundred little details, the thought of feeling natural and comfortable in front of a camera can seem… overwhelming. That’s where we come in. We’re your calm in the chaos, your hype team, and your storytellers all rolled into one. By the end of the night, we won’t just be your photographers — we’ll feel like friends cheering you on from the very start.

Our Story

Rewind about 10 years, and you would’ve found us at a local Starbucks… awkwardly making eye contact until I (Amy) finally worked up the nerve to say hi to Zach. Instant connection. ☕✨

Fast forward through a lot of lattes, adventures, and a wedding of our own — and here we are: married, best friends, and running a studio that makes our hearts so full.

Photography has always been my passion, and weddings are my favorite. Every couple’s story is completely unique — the tiny details, the big moments, the happy tears — and I love freezing it all so you can relive it forever.

Zach? He’s our resident Zach-of-all-trades. Photographer, videographer, designer, tie-straightener, button-fixer… basically, if it makes your day smoother, he’s on it. Together, we’ve got every laugh, tear, and “oh-my-gosh-this-is-happening” moment covered.

Thanks for visiting our creative space! I’m Zach, the creative zach-of-all-trades, as we often joke, here at State of Grace Studios. I specialize in videography, photography, graphic design, development and online media. Whether it’s capturing photos, Photoshopping out that family member that wasn’t supposed to be in the picture (poor uncle Bill), capturing your day in 360 or streaming your wedding live online, I’ve got you covered and will be working with you directly one-on-one to answer any of your questions or concerns along the way. I do this because I enjoy creativity and working with couples to capture these pivotal moments in captivating ways that they can cherish for years to come. I genuinely look forward to sharing and preserving these special moments with/for you and your loved ones, and appreciate every opportunity to do so.
